POLICIES
Turnaround time:
The print process takes approximately one week from proof approval
to shipping. Shipping takes 1-5 days to reach anywhere in the
continental USA. If you need something in a hurry you can upgrade
shipping or place a rush order. Remember that the clock does
not start ticking until you approve the order's proof(s) for
printing. Please allow time for proof development and modifications
(if necessary).
Shipping:
We generally ship UPS. Expedited shipping options are available.
We charge actual UPS published rates based upon shipping destination
& estimated weight. We can estimate days in transit for ground
shipping if you ask.
Payment Methods:
Credit Cards: Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover -
Your card will be charged when you place the order. Checks:
Checks must be received and clear before order will be sent
to print. Institutional Purchase Order: Please fax us a copy
of the purchase order after submitting your online or phone
order. Your order will be printed after verification of the
purchase order.

Refunds:
We will gladly refund your purchase price if you cancel your
order before approving the final proof for printing. Some design
fees are non-refundable after work has been completed. Once
the order has been approved for printing refunds will not be
issued.
